TAGBILARAN CITY – One Xu Liu, 27 years old, single, a Chinese national told police here tha his mobile phone was lost when he and his friends took snack at McDonald located at Bohol Quality Mall the other day at past 2 in the afternoon.
He discovered that his cellphone 6S, color white placed on the table was lost. He believed that unidentified suspect took it unattended, police said.
Xu Liu is a resident of 201-2-7-2 Ximaxiaogu, Fengjai, Beijing, China and holder of Passport #G30050593 and temporarily staying at Wregent Hotel, Gallares Street, Poblacion II, this city. Police said they’re looking into this incident.
Another victim of theft is one Josefa Pederico Eva, 24 years old, single and a resident of CPG North Avenue, Cogon District, reported to police that she saw a certain Ida Yagong, 35, single and a resident of sitio Riverside, Songculan, Dauis town, took her mobile phone and fled. The incident took place at Brenda Hair Rebond saloon at Lamdagan street on Feb. 11, 2016.
Police said, “However, the parlor has no cleaning services, that is why the owner of the parlor find one to make nail cleaning service to the reportee. As a consequence she (Brenda Sanchez) brought along with her Yagong to clean her nail. After one Yagong finished the nail cleaning, Eva proceeded to hair rebonding done by Sanchez, then Yagong allegedly seated near the bag of the the victim, containing her wallet and cellphone Acer, color silver worth Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P 15,000.00) more or less. Few minutes later the victim heard a sound made by the zipper of the bag, when she looked at (it) she saw that Yagong took her cellphone, then right after went outside immediately, thus she try to chase her but unfortunately gone immediately.”
A certain Stefany Patimo Dumas, 27 years old, single, businesswoman and a resident of Taloto District, this city, reported and alleged that last Monday February 08, 2016, she found out that the working tools of her glass store and cellphone My Phone was stolen by her employee Jimmy Tompong, of legal age, married and a resident of Sto. Rosario, Antequera, Bohol.
She also alleged that said person (Jimmy) had a cash advance in the amount of P 5,000.00. The suspect (Jimmy) “sidelined the site project of Star Glass located at Lessage Street, using her aluminum stock and she did know the sales and the proceeds of the aluminum (were) taken by the suspect.
Police said that these are now being attended to by the theft and robbery section of city police station. (W/ ERn Pahayahay)
